Robert Meyers-Heading the Origination, Underwriting, and Marketing Departments as President and Chief Commercial Officer of Republic Business Credit, Robert puts into practice more than 15 years of commercial finance experience. Currently, Robert serves as an Executive Committee Member of the Secured Finance Network, previously serving as the President of the Turnaround Management Association & President of the Secured Finance Network Midwest Chapters. Robert is a graduate of the University of Chicago and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Robert was awarded the SFNet Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2016. Robert resides in Chicago with his family.
Brian Daray-Leading the underwriting department of Republic's Client Acquisition Team, Brian reports directly to Republic's President. Brian works with the new business development and client management teams to support onboarding new client relationships. Bringing over a decade of asset-based lending and factoring experience, Brian previously worked as an underwriter and field examiner at both a bank and commercial finance company. Brian graduated from the University of New Orleans. After 3 years in Washington DC, Brian resides back in New Orleans with his wife and family. William Kemp is a rising star in Houston’s secured finance and lending landscape. He is senior vice president of business development for Republic Business Credit, a market-leading commercial finance company with average earning assets in excess of $100 million. William plays a significant role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its business opportunities across private equity, commercial banking, turnaround management and other partnerships, and leads the company in some of its biggest deals to date. He is chapter president of the SFNet Houston chapter. Previously, he served in roles such as the young professional development chair, programs chair and vice president of the chapter. Additionally, he is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), having served as a board member of the Houston chapter, a Global NextGen Communications Committee member and the Chicago/Midwest communications co-chair.
